Denise Pridemore
Tonight we welcomed
Denise Pridemore,
who's worked at the famous
Sallie House,
and the
McPike Mansion
in Alton, Illinois, each about which we discussed.
Henry
couldn't help laughing that
my
friends' rooster/s were a little more vocal in the late afternoon Hollywood.
Denise indicated having "given up" on EVP work; I pointed out that similarly it took me "forever" to get one EVP, but that
"it was great,"
and I told her I'd share the EVP video on her Facebook page.
Henry suggested she get a specific Olympus digital recorder, and Denise considered getting a
parabolic microphone.
"Tabby" Cat Snider Gasch
thought that would cost some bucks, but Denise pointed out there's a bit of a workaround: procuring a far less expensive
kids version.
I accidentally misprounced her name going to break; coming back Denise pointed out how often her name gets misprounced, usually at fast food restairamts.
She said, despite all of his known on-air aspects,
Zak Bagans
treated Denise and her family extremely nicely.
She discussed her experience working on the
Sallie House
episode
of
Ghost Adventures.
Henry brought up Denise having a newly born grandchild... on 29 April
(5:58pm),
meaning her granddaughter shared my birthday
(albeit substantially different years...).
In the Skype chat,
Ceiling Cat Barbara Duncan
reported our having listeners in the US, the UK, Canada, the Netherlands, and Puerto Rico.
She discussed her interest at the Sallie House, and eventually volutneering there.
She has come across numerous
(interdimensional)
Vortices throughout the building.
We spoke about
Robbie Thomas,
and the rather off-source-material
documentary
about the Sallie House that was made.
It was another temporal episode, where time ran through staggeringly fast.
Denise was a splendid guest, and we certainly would have to have her back...
Henry had Tabby convey that
next week
our guest would be
Morgan Knudsen.
