James Keenan
Tonight we welcomed author James Keenan of Secrets of Skinwalker Ranch,
I asked Henry about the previous week, as apparently both the show and our guest had respective issues with connecting, so the show literally didn't happen. Henry just gave a quick monosyllabic respect confirming my assertion.
This week at the top of the show, there was also connection issues between Henry and the servers.
While we were waiting, Ceiling Cat Barbara Duncan and I semi joked with James about equipment going haywire; he concurred about that.
James explained his job description on Secrets of Skinwalker Ranch, equipment and data collection and analysis, likening it to paranormal investigation on steriods.
He spoke about Blind Frog Ranch, and the Portal at Skinwalker Ranch Homestead 2.
It was posited whether the anomolies activate the cryptids, or do the cryptids activate the anomlies. Jamees figuers it could go either way.
Henry asked about Blind Frog Ranch, having never heard of it. James spoke about the online series about the 160 acre ranch near La point, Utah, that season two was about to start up.
"Tabby" Cat Snider Gasch conjectured the cryptids, at least at Skinwalker Ranch, being connected to the energy portals. James conveyed the history of the Native American wars in which the Cherokee were driven from the land, and cursed it.
James spoke of evidence of Giants from the deep past. After the break he spoke about various metals that have landed as meteorites, particularly at Blind Frog Ranch, which is only a little over 20 miles from Skinwalker Ranch.
Tabby urged that they should set up 24/7 thermal cameras, considering all the varied events and activity, cryptid and otherwise, taking place on the ranch/es.
CC posited that the Utah basin there could be acting as a parabolic dish, to which James very much agreed. He spoke about the Marfa Lights phenomena he'd seen when living in El Paso.
James spoke of participating in an Skinwalker Ranch panel at PhenomeCon in Vernal, Utah, 4pm Thursday 09 September 2021.
