Marla Brooks
Tonight we had longtime friend of our show, author and paranormal investigator Marla Brooks of Stirring the Cauldron, discussing her Animal Spells and Workplace Spells books.
We started discussing workplace magick and spells; the office gossip, the irritant, et al. We also delved into the concept of Thought Forms.
Coming back from the first break, Ceiling Cat Barbara Duncan reported our having listeners in the US, Canada, Singapore, the UK, Australia, and Unknown. CC asked for clarification regarding various spells, plus Aussie Jeff's question from the chat room as to whether spells have an "expiration date."
After the second break, CC had Marla discuss how to distinguise tools with spellwork, such as candles, crystals, essential oils, etc.
Speaking about local Hollywood hauntings, Marla favourited Hollywood Forever Cemetery and the original Wax Museum.
We discuss animal magick at length, as well as animals in general, our all being animal lovers in the show, and the chat room.
I asked if Marla had seen the recent film The Witch, which we spoke about briefly, as she's yet to see it.
