Thomas Wertman
Tonight we had back on one of our favourites, UFOlogist Thomas Wertman of MUFON, which he added as "happily retired," allowing him for time for UFO research.
Henry wanted to know why MUFON wasn't moved back to Cincinatti. Thomas pointed out he was move to Cincinatti, as former and again-current director David McDonald is from there, so it makes it local to/for him.
Thomas is also pleased by the location, as it's also convenient for him.
We talked about various aspects of the topic, including but not limited to Thomas finally having binge-watched, and greatly enjoyed, Resident Alien, about which we've previously discussed. We hoped there would be a Season 2, which will be released January 2022.
We discussed the brief, meh Pentagon Unidentified Aerial Phenomena, report, and the apparently government attitude switch, wanting reports on UFOs, as opposed to previous protocol of bullying anyone who would report sightings/experiences.
Thomas spoke how his concurring with Deputy Secretary of Defense Katherine Hicke that a standardized system is needed for such compiling data for reports.
He discussed the distinction between unidentified and software that can explain a misidentification, or deception (phone app filters creating hoax photos).
Since the new position of the Pentagon, UFO reports are coming in to MUFON daily.

Elon Musk and other aspects of privatization of space travel was discussed, as well as Robert Bigalow who previously owned Skinwalker Ranch
Henry wanted know if we had the opportunity, would we go to Oak Island or Skinwalker Ranch. CC and Kat chose Oak Island; Thomas and I chose Skinwalker Ranch (obviously).
Henry had Tabby convey that next week our guest would be Jeff Mudgett, author of Bloodstains.
