03 July 2021: rebroadcast of Saturday 22 May 2021
UFOs and Disclosure Roundtable : Kathleen Marden, Peter Robbins, and Thomas Wertman
Due to the July 4th weekend, we rebroadcast from 22 May the UFO Disclosure Roundtable discussion edition, with UFOlogists Kathleen Marden, Peter Robbins, and Thomas Wertman.
Peter had some issues getting into the call; as we began Henry introduced the guests, so I didn't have to worry about the streamlined bios I would otherwise have vocally provided.
While Henry was off working to retreive Peter to the call, Ceiling Cat Barbara Duncan asked about all the recent "acceptance" of UFO activity, particularly from the government, and do the guests feel vindicated for their years of research. Kathleen was pleased, indicating how forthcoming has been the evidence the military has obtained in recent months/years. Peter's response to CC's question was that he feels the government response is historic, even if it falls on its face. He thought it could/should be enough to create a Congressional Investigation, but he pointed out the last time they had such an 'investogatopm." it lasted all of two days.
Thomas is also cautiously optomistic with what evidence has been being released to the public, but that much of the "released" footage was from a phone recording a monitor. Thomas wondered why more raw footage and data information was released as well.
When I was in college, taking theater and film courses, one of the teachers pointed out "The mic is unforgiving," meaning microphones cannot "tune out" extraneous sound, and our guests when not speaking were not muting their mics, so we had a lot of crunching and crashing of Stuff at their respective locations. Comically, "Tabby" Cat Gasch's cat Morgana was not silent, but she was quietly vocal.
Peter discussed the concept, regarding aliens, are they beneficent, or are they a threat? His concern is that a False Flag event to trigger military response. Thomas indicated appearing at events and speaking with menbers of the public and their hopes and fears about Contact. Some people felt they were being Visited, some using 24/7 CCTV security cameras. Kathleen said how people are becoming polarized as to whether the visitors are friendly or dangerous. I asked, if some are evil and sadistic, why would they release their abductee? Kathleen posited that if they came from either distant stars or interdimensional travelers, it'd be pointless to be That Evil.
Henry spoke of Peter and Kathleen having been abducted in their past. Tabby asked about the famous dress of Betty Hill. Drawing from her Captured! The Betty and Barney Hill UFO Experience book, Kathleen spoke of Betty resisting, and her dress being torn, and having been sterlized on their arrival, but the resistance caused it to fall to the floor. A yeast or fungus grew on the dress, which eventually died off. Due to the belly-needle Better experienced, Kathleen had the stain on the dress analyized. The DNA test on the material turned up Betty's DNA, which apparently confiemd her having had her belly pierced.
CC wondered, based on a statement in the live chat room whether the Visitors are considering colonizing Earth. Peter spoked about a compelling BBC documentary First Contact: Lost Tribe of the Amazon, and the "discovery" of an previously unknwon Amazon tribe, unware there were people living there, in stone age conditions, likening the tribe's reaction to what could mirror our reaction if extraterrestrials finally unequivocably reveal themselves.
After-experience effects were discussed: some experiencers had health improvements, some health deteriorates; some became talented creatively, others gave up their talents. For the Travis Walton book Fire in the Sky, one of Travis's friends, who witnessed the abduction, did the artistic illustrations for the book.
After the break, CC reported our having listeners tonight in the US, the UK, Canada, France, Italy, the Netherlands, and Puerto Rico.
Discussed at length included (but not limited to), implants, human/alien hybrids, various alien races and the sorts of Abductions each species utilizes, Kathleen and I discussed that there are different versions or species of Greys; some may even be robotic in nature.
After having to reboot his computer to get back in to the call, Thomas spoke about his own abduction, with Greys.
Henry closed out, having Tabby first convey that next week our guest will be Rhonda McGaha Russo of Bump In The Night Investigations.
Before midweek, Rhonda had to cancel due to a family emergency; our guest for the next week would be longtime friend of the show, Marla Brooks.
