Deborah Blake
Tonght's returning guest was author Deborah Blake, discussing Yule and December holiday celebrations.
Just before the show, everything was working fine, but the moment Henry switched on the opening, my computer internet connection went wonky, not surprisingly. Having just acquired a new phone, I was able to Skype in via that.
Ceiling Cat Barbara Duncan did a hasty intro while I sat helplessly by, their audio breaking up for me, my audio silent to them.
In general we discussed Yule this night, such as how the Church worked at absorbing local pagans into their belief system.
