Kala Ambrose
Tonight we had Kala Ambrose re-scheduled, author of The Awakened Dreamer: How to Remember & Interpret Your Dreams. I had to fight with Skype just to get out her bio blurb.
Henry started out asking about dreams, about which Kala (pronounced Kayla, btw), delved and explained.
Kala explained the distinction between ghosts and spirit; a ghost being an earthbound entity, whilst a spirit has Crossed Over but can return for Visitations. She explained how best to recall one's dream, and some hints how to lucid dream.
Ceiling Cat Barbara Duncan spoke with Kala about dreaming in colour as opposed to black and white.
