Craig Rupp, and EVPs
Henry
brought in our longtime friend and former show cohost
Craig Rupp,
as we'd be discussing EVPs: Electronic Voice Phenominon.
Craig had discarded his previous radio equipment, and with the downgraded
Skype
"upgrade," his computers internal microphone was such Craig had to "kiss" his mic to be heard.
Henry played an EVP he got at the
very haunted
near Gettysburg.
Henry played an EVP that Craigs acquired at the
Halderman Hotel
in Bainbridge, Pennsylvania.
Henry played one pof his favourite EVPs he got at the
Bell Nursing Home.
He also played a quick one he got at the historic
Golden Lamb Hotel
in Lebonon. Ohio.
Craig spoke about residential investigations, and getting EVPs there as often the entiries are trying to make contact.
Henry spoke of his wife learning painting in a barn, which, along with its accompanying 19th century house, was haunted.
Sadly the private structures have been demolished, but Henry still had the EVPs he obtained.
Ceiling Cat Barbara Duncan
conveyed our having listeners tonight throughout the US, the UK, Canada, Australia, and Unknown.
Craig provided an EVP of gunshots at
Antietam
Skype characteristically kept giving Craig and
me
issues throughout the show.
Henry played my own EVP obtained aboard the
Queen Mary
back in 2010.
Henry went to play one of my favourites: an EVP our friend
Marla Brooks
unwittingly obtained
during her
own show,,
during an interview with the
Key West
Florida
Fort East Martello Museum
curator, where we can hear probable voice of
Rober the Doll...
and then Henry realized he couldn't find the audio file.
D'oh!
Henry was able to play a clip from one of our own shows during which a single word popped up we heard, without explanation.
Also played was a clip obtained at
Waverly Hills,
albeit from a couple Henry declined to name.
From the
Preble County Historical Society,
Henry played a few EVPs he got in the barn.
CC reminded listeners about the upcoming annual Para-X Gettysburg event April 13-14.
I gave out the show's info, and promoted Craig's beautiful Gettysburg photos on his Instigram as we wrapped out.
