Urban Legends
Tonight we four hosts,
Henry,
Kat,
Ceiling Cat Barbara,
and myself, were chatting amongst ourselves, tonight about Urban Legends, with superstition overtones.
I started out talking about
Griffith Park's
curse,
Turnbull Canyon,
the
Underground City of the Lizard People
beneath Los Angeles, the
Riverside Bridge Monster,
and the
Billiwhack Monster.
The Queen Mary was on one of the lists, which made little sense to me,
my having experienced firsthand
some substantial paranormal activity aboard the famous ship.
CC spoke about Tessie, the
Lake Tahoe lake monster,
the
Char Man of Ojai,
and the
Little People living beneath Mount Shasta;
that they could be
Lemurians.
We joked about various memes, including but not limited to
Mars visibly looking as large as the moon.
Henry spoke about a few
Kentucky Legends,
such as Hillbilly Beast and Sleepy Hollow Road, and the Ontario, Canada
Screaming Tunnel
legend.
CC reported our having listeners in the US, the UK, Canada, France, Norway, and Unknown...
Henry brought up some ancient superstitions;
Kat and I couldn't help but MSTie riff on most of them.
We touched on the topic of the
great molasses flood.
Henry announced that next week we would have
Tim Maile,
author of
All Roads Lead To The Paranormal.
Kat told me she gave out my
website's
Paranormal View hub
page at which one can find the show's respective report pages,
and that we're very
findable on Facebook,
and my Followable
Twitter presence,
et al, as moments before I would have, Skype droppped me from the call, as it had done tonight a couple of times to me and to Kat, and CC.
It turned out she referred to my website as geoffreygould.net, not
geoffgould.net
(and not spelling it).
Oops.
Kat gave out her own
website,
and her
@katklockow
information, and her being admin for the show's
@Paraviewradio
Twitter presence, and her
@jinxedcomic
Twitter account...
and we wrapped out.
