Bonnie Vent
Tonight as our guest we had
Bonnie Vent,
of
San Diego Paranormal Research
and
Genesis Creations Entertainment.
Bonnie spoke of her earliest experiences obtaining messages by going into an alpha state staring into candle flames.
Her family was somewhat into spiritualism, her parents hosting parties with tea leaf readings, etc.
She spoke of her title of sorts of "spirit advocate," a moniker her mother gave her.
She indicated how Michael Jackson came to her hours after his passing, five years earlier, as well as
Steve Erwin.
Bonnie pointed out that the way one dies sometimes affects how they feel about their life they left behind.
We also touched on the
"27 Club"
She also conveyed being surprised with being contacted by
George Carlin,
providing a message for
Lloyd Auerbach.
Bonnie spoke about the early days of
para-x
and how the show name
The Paranormal View
came to be, and her being one of the very first guests on a para-x show,
giving
Henry
a chance to retell how he became the primary host of our show.
After the first break,
Ceiling Cat
Barbara
reported our having listeners tonight in the US, the UK, Japan, and Australia;
not surprisingly,
Kat
was pleased that we had listeners in Japan.
Bonnie relayed her messages have been so accurate, she once received
(sinister?)
notes from the FBI that they "wanted to speak with her"...
understandably she chose not to respond...
She spoke of her
conversations with Marilyn Monroe,
plus some of her visits to Hollywood, as well as the origins of her
Conversations with the Dead: The Connection
book, plus how Michael Jackson fans took comfort in the messages Bonnie conveyed she'd received from Jackson.
Answering a chat-room questions, Bonnie has not received any messages from deceased presidents.
Bonnie spoke about, back during the time she worked as
manager
for actor
Butch Patrick,
her contact from Steve Erwin, and the synchronicity of being able to contact Erwin's family with his message.
The Butch Patrick fan through whom Bonnie conveyed the information, made sure to follow up and made sure Erwin's widow found the files Erwin had wanted them to find.
Almost comically, Bonnie Vent's recorded weekly paranormal news report was played going into the second break.
After the break, CC asked about whether suicide people ever return with messages, and one young woman who died "playing" Russian Roulette.
Bonnie also spoke about her
Transitions Project.
I
asked regarding a reference on her site about paranormal related projects in New Jersey, my originally being from the Garden State,
which turned out not to have happened, but she did speak about her experiences.
A TV series pilot had been written for her, and they filmed it in Hillside, her insisting her not being an actor notwithstanding.
One actor began doing his scene but suddenly went off script; Bonnie could See that he was channeling a spirit energy standing over him.
When the spirit left, all the high-end professional cameras and lights shut off simultaneously.
I was able to mention haunted
Ringwood Manor,
my experiences in my
Montclair house,
and my haunted alma mater,
Ramapo State College.
She had been done a pilot for a show called
Buyer Beware
regarding haunted real estate, but it was slightly misrepresented and seemed too much like a ghost hunter show, and
Siffee
isn't buying those anymore.
Henry asked about haunted real estate.
She spoke about Butch Patrick's haunted house he was selling, and
Haunters
(fake haunted-house walk-through attractions),
and how she deduced some such attractions actually have hauntings.
My being in Hollywood, Bonnie spoke about
how haunted
is the
Magic Castle.
Henry asked about her
San Diego Paranormal Research
group, which pretty much isn't investigating anymore.
She's done a lot of investigation at the
Hotel Del Coronado
and
Kate Morgan,
who turned out not to be Kate Morgan: the ghost's name being
Lottie Barnard
from Detroit, and the hotel keeps using false and historically inaccurate information to promote themselves.
She did investigate the Queen Mary back in 2004 with Butch Patrick on a
Macabre Theater
episode called
Haunted Hollyweird,
meeting
Peter James
who realized how strong was Bonnie's psychic abilities.
Bonnie provided her main
bonnievent.com website,
as well as her
Genesis Creations Entertainment
management site, and that she's more active on
Facebook
than
Twitter.
I gave out the
Paranormal View hub page
on my website, indicating people from there can find the show's respective report pages,
that we're very
findable on Facebook,
the official
Paranormal View page
page.
Kat provided her
katklockow.com website,
and her
hunt for ghosts
and her
Miss Grey Smashword
site, and that The Paranormal View
being now on Twitter
under the name
@paraviewradio.
Henry announced our guest the next week would be
Patrick McCormack
and
Doug McReynolds
of
GhostSoldiers,
and we wrapped out.
