Dawn Short
Our guest tonight was clairvoyant medium Dawn Short whose gifts became noticable to her in her early childhood. She's done some residential paranormal investigations, and divines via photo-scrying, which she thought was normal, the term for which she learned from her teacher and mentor Willie Windwalker Gibson. With photo-scrying she gazes at a picture until she's Given Something; often is comes across as though the image Acts Out what she needs to Know.
Readings-wise, she's previously been able to pick up on validating points via chat-room people on shows she's hosted and on which she's been a guest.
We discussed her Cherokee heritage, and the energy/power that hit her like a ton of bricks.
The Paranormal View.
With Kat Klockow off in Japan, Ceiling Cat Barbara Duncan (CC), took us into the first break, and later reported our having listeners in the US, UK, Canada, Finland, Australia and France tonight.
Dawn described much of what entails being a Shaman; native American-based, it works with psychic medium gifts, and the meditative journey via varied realms and dimensions: more the supernatural than the paranormal. Barbara brought up the awesome writings of author Carlos Castaneda, which I too devoured back in the day, but Dawn was actually unware of him (as was Henry). She discussed some of her work with Willie, and her being chosen as his primary Shamanic student, much due to her clearly picking up on his teachings faster than the other students.
She hasn't done many public-spot investigations such as Wavery or such; she did investigate a hotel in which a tall young male ghost would keep appearing; it turned out he'd committed suicide by jumping, hence all the windows on that floor having been sealed.
After the second break, Dawn did some readings for people in the chat room with her Power Animal Oracle Cards tarot deck, and the other being the Messages from Your Animal Spirit Guides Oracle Cards (each by Dr. Steven D. Farmer).
Henry hinted her reading for "the show," which was vague enough that, pulling a Seven, what she Received were a set of large, tall, wooden double doors being thrown open, but wasn't specific whether it was either of my possible Utah and/or Missouri cinematic projects scheduled for later this year, or the recent powerful health-based business venture in which I'd become involved, plus indicating passion and overcoming obstacles.
Her investigative team being Soul Warriors Supernatural Team Willie Windwalker wrote up same as the book Soul Warriors, although it was written before Dawn became involved.

Dawn mentioned attending the Louisville, Kentucky Mid-South Paranormal Convention August 2nd-4th for which ParaRockTV will be the broadcasting network. As a Celebrity Guest, Dawn will be attending two Las Vegas based events, Las Vegas Paracon August 23rd-25th at Binions, and the Beyond Expo Film Festival October 16th-19th.
Dawn conveyed her Facebook information, mentioning there being a Soul Warriors page (which I can't seem to find), her Twitter, whilst I pointed out Uber City Radio and Bellésprit Magazine, and Dawn's official website information; Dawn does do occasional Reading Specials, so one can keep an eye on her site/s.
As Firefox began acting up on my and eventually froze up completely, I provided my Paranormal View hub page on my website, indicating people from there can find the show's official site, that we're findable on Facebook, the official Paranormal View page page, et al., as well as Kat Klockow's page as she was not available tonight.
