Saturday December 29, 2012 2012 comes to a close For our listeners and those in the live chat room, for the end of the year edition, we had Marla Brooks doing Tarot Readings with our own Ceiling Cat Barbara Duncan. The show started with the new promo poking fun at the various shows' respective hosts via song clips. Marla and Barbara discussed some of the history behind Tarot and their card origins. We were not entirely serious, as always, and at one point joked about different decks, Kat and my adding the probability of more "novelty" decks. I looked and sure enough, there is a Hello Kitty Tarot deck! Marla send me a link regarding a Doctor Who Tarot deck, as well as locating some rather "nerd-based" decks as well. Eventually they started doing Readings; first for Kat, then from the chat room for MzKate and Karin's mother Cheryl. Before more readings from the second break, Barbara reported our having listeners in the US, Canada, England and Australia. Reading for me, Marla said I shouldn't take any risks; some things will take a turn for the worse, entering the down aspect of a cycle before it goes up (possibly six months, at which point pieces can be picked up)... I may have to wait for the new turn of the Wheel. The Tower card came up, indicating [negative aspects] will or could fall away. CC concured, pulling the Star, Hanged Man, eight of swords and ten of wands cards; that I have an aspiration but Someone or Something may be an obstacle. Marla and CC concurred if I go with the flow (as I tend to do), the Universe will provide. Marla went to read for Kat's husband Mike, at which point Skype went a bit goofy with Marla's aspect of the call. Henry pointed out the next week, first show of the new year, we would have author of Pamela K. Kinney and Haunted Richmond II and Haunted Richmond, as well as several other titles. I provided the show's various page locations (my site's Paranormal View hub page, the show's official site, that we're findable on Facebook, et al); Kat actually "exchanged" giving out her website, in leui of her friends' Relay for life Indiana Ghost Trackers Southeast Central Chapter team event link. Just as we were wishing our loyal and new listeners a Happy New Year, my previous phone chimed to remind me of someone's next-day birthday, and we were wrapped for 2012.
