Thomas D'Agostino
Tonight's guest was multiple book author Thomas D'Agostino, writing mostly about haunted New England.
My having recently moved, again, despite having my computer connected, just before the show I suddenly began having connection issues, so I was brought in a few minutes late.
Thomas began with that he'd been investigating since 1982, having lived in a haunted house. Early on he came across an outdoor residual haunting, witnessing a barefoot woman retrieving water from a stream. He spoke of during the revolutionary war in which nine prisoners were killed by native Americans, all buried at what's now called Nine's Men Misery, and numerous sightings and experiences, that he's researched and/or investigation.
After the break Henry reported our having listeners tonight from the US, UK, Canada, Ireland and the 5 "Other"....
Thomas relayed his knowledge of the Sprague Mansion hauntings, then on Ladd School in Exeter, as well as Mercy Brown and the "Vampire Graves" of Chestnut Hill Baptist Cemetery.
As he talked about Swamp Bridge in Charleston Rhode Island, I lost my connection. I rebooted but while I could relay one sentence to the chat room, Skype refused to connect, and then the chat room wouldn't work (for me), until I was rendered completely offline, despite my computer insisting it had a strong Internet signal. Finally after a few reboots, Craig called me in as Skype, claiming to be offline, let me get connected.
Thomas talked about Mt. Washington and the many deaths there. Henry brought up Thomas's book Abandoned Villages and Ghost Towns of New England, a few segments about which Thomas spoke.
Henry had Thomas give out his website/s information: New England Paranormal United Research Society and Curious New England
